Chamber Access & Growth: India takes you straight to the heart of business in Mumbai – with carefully curated contacts, targeted meetings, and the networks of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
Before the trip, we will organize a preparation and networking session at the Finland Chamber of Commerce on 3 September 2026 at 13:30–16:30. During this session, we will:
ensure that you are well prepared, your objectives are clear, and you can gain maximum benefit from the trip
provide an up-to-date overview of the Indian business environment and market situation
give you the opportunity to meet and network with other participants
Participation in the pre-departure meeting is also possible remotely if needed.

Target group
The programme is designed for companies planning to expand into the Indian market or aiming to strengthen their presence in India. It is particularly suitable for company management as well as professionals responsible for growth, exports, and sales.
Participating companies must be members of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, the Finland-India Business Association, or the Family Business Network Finland.

The program content is led by Juho Romakkaniemi, CEO of the Finland Chamber of Commerce, and Päivi Pohjanheimo, Director of International Affairs. Practical arrangements are managed by Tiina Salmi, Customer Service Manager.
The programme will be confirmed if at least 15 participants have registered by 15 June 2026. We encourage you to register early.
Travel
Each participant is responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, including flights. Participants are also responsible for obtaining any required visas, travel documents, and adequate travel insurance. We will provide recommendations for suitable flights.
Accommodation
Each participant is responsible for booking and covering their own accommodation. A room block has been reserved at the Trident Nariman Point hotel. Further booking details can be found under the programme tab.
Visa
Foreign nationals travelling to India require a valid visa. Visas can be applied through the embassy (visa in passport) or electronically (e-visa via email).
Visa applications should be submitted no earlier than 8 weeks and no later than 4 weeks before departure. E-visas can be applied for up to 4 days before travel.

Participation fee – Chamber Access & Growth: India
The final participation fee depends on the number of participants and the actual costs incurred. The estimated fee is approximately €2,000–€3,000 per participant + VAT 25.5%.
A reservation fee of €1,000 + VAT 25.5% will be invoiced in June 2026. The final invoice will be issued after the trip in September 2026 once all costs are confirmed.
If the program is not implemented, the reservation fee will be refunded.
The participation fee includes
Pre-departure session in Helsinki (including catering)
Two-day on-site programme in Mumbai (including lunches, dinners, and refreshments)
Local transportation from the recommended hotel to programme locations
The Finland Chamber of Commerce will be present to facilitate the programme and manage practical arrangements.

The first instalment of the participation fee will be invoiced in June 2026. Free cancellation is possible until 31 August 2026.
The final instalment will be invoiced after the programme once all costs and participant numbers are confirmed.
